My Digital Card is not scanning at the till. What should I do?

  • Maximize the brightness of the mobile screen and try again
  • If the scanner at the cash still is not working, ask the cashier to type the Barcode number on the Digital Card.
  • It is recommended to keep a screenshot of your Digital Card (Barcode)
